We began talking to Elliott Construction about building a house in January/February 2021.

We chose them because they readily engaged in our design plans for the new house, giving us options for finishes so that we could build a plan for our budget. The consulting process with Elliott Construction was easy -- even fun! Covid was wreaking havoc with supply chains, and costs began to soar. Elliott Construction moved quickly to have blueprints drawn up, permits issued, and secure everything we needed within the budget agreed upon. The process, from breaking ground to moving in, continued with few interruptions -- and none that had any significant impact on our projected move-in date. We moved in on time on March 12, 2022.
