We began talking to Elliott Construction about building a house in January/February 2021.

We chose them because they readily engaged in our design plans for the new house, giving us options for finishes so that we could build a plan for our budget. The consulting process with Elliott Construction was easy -- even fun! Covid was wreaking havoc with supply chains, and costs began to soar. Elliott Construction moved quickly to have blueprints drawn up, permits issued, and secure everything we needed within the budget agreed upon. The process, from breaking ground to moving in, continued with few interruptions -- and none that had any significant impact on our projected move-in date. We moved in on time on March 12, 2022.

Finding out we were moving back to the Valley, we decided to build a house during a very volatile period. We researched builders and asked numerous friends. John Elliott Construction was recommended and did not disappoint. This being our first time building a home and facing the challenges of building a house during the pandemic; we were extremely nervous. From the start Philip helped us understand the process and worked with us on designing each part. Even before we had signed a contract Philip walked property lots for us to make sure we picked the right one as we were unable to travel due to the pandemic restrictions. John, Philip, and the Team flexed and adjusted with ease to changes throughout the building process. They allowed and asked for our input on even the smallest details, while also providing us some recommendations from their expertise and experience. Our home is everything we wanted and more due in no small part in choosing the right builder.

After 15 years we finally decided to update our interior colors and have our entire home painted.  We contacted Elliott Construction who has an outstanding reputation in the Area.  Within days of my contact, John was here, Philip sent us a quote and the painting was scheduled immediately thereafter.  We couldn’t possibly be more thrilled with the outcome and feel like we  have a new home.  The quality of the work is outstanding, our Painter was incredible with such a keen sense of attention to detail (and she brought her own vacuum cleaner!!)  We would highly recommend J. Elliott Construction, they are reliable, flexible and simply wonderful to work with.
